For example, here’s my introduction to the first character:
“The dreamer is not bound by the Whatsapp Mobile Number List constraints or rules of the real world. The dreamer generates as many ideas as possible and does not consider the barriers of implementation. He/she imagines the most interesting, easiest, and easiest way to solve a problem. Dream Home is completely unaware of criticism, planning and rationalism.”
Therefore, participants should have a bunch of ideas surrounded.
When participants presented a cloud of ideas, they moved on to the next step. It is important to explain to them what the second role means. I start with the following words:
“A realist is a dreamer’s best friend. Is a manager who can turn a vague idea into a step-by-step plan and find the necessary resources. Realist doesn’t understand criticism. He or she tries to help the dreamer’s Ideas find some real-world fulfillment, i.e. who, when, and how to make an idea come true.”

Notes and place them in Whatsapp Mobile Number List corresponding idea circles. Of course, some ideas cannot have a solution, while others can be implemented in many ways.
The third character is the trickiest, because people tend to think it’s the one who drags the work of dreamers and realists through the mud. Fortunately, this is not the case.
I started to explain:
“The critic is the best friend of the dreamer and the realist. This person analyzes the risks and focuses on the safety of the proposed solution. The critic does not touch on simple ideas, but just uses the solution. The critic’s goal is to advance Help and anticipate potential problems.”
Teams define risks and write them down on smaller red notes. Solutions can be risk-free or have multiple risks.
Once that was done, team members started voting on ideas they thought were worthy of further study. They make decisions based on the value of the idea, the availability of the solution, and the severity of the associated risk. Ideas without solutions cannot be voted on because they have nothing to do with reality.
During my workshop,
each participant had three voting points. They can distribute them in different ways, for example by sticking to three different idea points or one favorite idea that supports all the points they have.
The final activity is the roadmap. Teams take the ideas that have the most support (usually 6-10) and schedule them on a timeline based on implementation efforts. If an idea is easy to put into practice, go to the “now” column. If an idea is complex and requires a lot of preparation or favorable conditions, it is further down the timeline.
Of course, there should be time to share the main findings. Teams present their timelines with shortlisted ideas and talk about tendencies they observed during the practice.
